As a Firefighter & First Responder I have worked more that 50 cardiac arrests in the past 9 years, almost all had one thing in common. The family didn’t know how to start CPR. After a little research I discovered that it is hard to get CPR training in Lamar County, Even the Red Cross here doesn’t offer it. I became a CPR instructor in 2024 and have now training over 200 people in CPR.
